Ingredients
1 3/4 lbs Potatoes (Triplets)
2/3 Cup Butter
1/2 Pc Cinnamon Stick
1 Pc Star Anise
8 Pc Allspice
10 Pc Clove
1 Tsp Pepper
1 Tbsp Salt
1 1/2 Tsp Paprika, sweet

Enjoy potatoes differently for once! We experimented with the use of different exciting seasonings and created this wonderful recipe. It gives our potatoes a blissful wintery flavor.

PREPARATION
- Without peeling them, add the potatoes into cold, salted water. Boil them until done. Add cinnamon, cardamom, allspice, star anise, pepper, salt and paprika into a mortar and with the use of a pestle, grind the ingredients finely.

Siffer the ground spices..
- Melt the butter in a small pot. Add the seasonings to the melted butter. Warm up on low heat, so that the flavors can develop better.
- As soon as the potatoes are done, drain the water, let potatoes cool out and break them into walnut-sized pieces.
- Mix the potatoes with the seasoning butter. Stir them until the potatoes have absorbed the butter well.

GRILLING
- Set The Otto Grill to low heat.
- Add potatoes onto a grease drip tray.
- On low heat and Meat-O-Meter setting #3, roast the potatoes from all sides for approx. 3 minutes while constantly turning them.
