Tarte Flambée
Ingredients
Dough
600g flour type 550
6 tbsp olive oil
375ml water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry yeast
 
Topping 1
sour cream, onions
bacon
salt
pepper
 
Topping 2
sour cream
goat cheese
Parma ham
fig
walnut
honey
 
Topping 3
sour cream
pear
red onions
arugula
THE OTTO GRILL
A simple dough, rolled out thinly and served with your favorite toppings. We present you our wild variations - what do you have on the tarte flambée front? There are no limits to your creativity!
LET'S GO
PREPARATION
- Mix water, salt and yeast with 10% of the flour and leave for 10 minutes. Then add the remaining flour and olive oil and knead for 10 minutes.
- Leave the dough to rise in a bowl, covered, for one hour.
- Form 90g balls and roll out to the size of the pizza stone. Top with your favorite toppings.
GRILLING

Place the pizza stone in the O.F.B. on Meat-O-Meter level 3 and heat on lowest flame for 5 minutes.

Then set Meat-O-Meter to level 5 and grill the tarte flambée for approx. 1 minute.
