10oz Porterhouse steak

4 bread slices (of choice)

1 cup of muhammara

2 tbsp aioli

Got a craving for a sandwich and it shouldn’t be a bland one? Then top your next sandwich with a steak made from the O.F.B.! And with only lettuce, aioli and muhammara you get the right nuanced flavors to put the steak in the spotlight.




  1. Preheat The Otto Grill on high flame for 3 minutes. Lightly sprinkle the steak with salt.

  2. Then grill each side on Meat-O-Meter level 1 for 2-3 minutes. Turn the Meat-O-Meter down to level 5 and cook steak on low flame for 2 more minutes each side. Set aside to cool down.



  1. Spread Muhammara on the bread and lay some lettuce on top. Slice the steak in finger thick slices and fan them out over the lettuce. Top with aioli and close the sandwich.
