28 oz raw shrimps

4 tbsp ketchup

4 tbsp mayonnaise

2 tbsp orange juice

1 tbsp Grand Marnier

6 small burger buns

1 avocado

1 lime

Mixed leaf lettuce

Olive oil


Shrimp Cocktail Sliders



Sliders are appetizer-sized burgers and served as finger food or entrees. But instead of just scaling burgers down, you should try a different topping inspired by another legendary appetizer: the shrimp cocktail. Fire up the Otto Grill, sear some shrimps and create shrimp cocktail sliders in a flash.





  1. Grill the meat

    Preheat the Otto Grill on high flame for 5 minutes. Spread the shrimp out across the grill grate. Try not to overlap too much, if needed grill in additional shifts. Cook the shrimp in the Otto Grill for 2-3 minutes from one side and then remove them and season with salt.

  2. Oil and toast the burger buns in the Otto Grill on low flame.


  1. Serve and enjoy

    Mix the ketchup, mayonnaise, orange juice, grand marnier and a pinch of salt into the cocktail sauce. Mix the sauce and the shrimps together.

  2. Slice the avocado and mix with the salad, a drizzle of olive oil and the lime juice.
  3. Build all components in the burger bun.
