Shrimp Cocktail Sliders
Ingredients
28 oz raw shrimps
4 tbsp ketchup
4 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp orange juice
1 tbsp Grand Marnier
6 small burger buns
1 avocado
1 lime
Mixed leaf lettuce
Olive oil
Salt

Sliders are appetizer-sized burgers and served as finger food or entrees. But instead of just scaling burgers down, you should try a different topping inspired by another legendary appetizer: the shrimp cocktail. Fire up the Otto Grill, sear some shrimps and create shrimp cocktail sliders in a flash.

GRILLING

Grill the meat
Preheat the Otto Grill on high flame for 5 minutes. Spread the shrimp out across the grill grate. Try not to overlap too much, if needed grill in additional shifts. Cook the shrimp in the Otto Grill for 2-3 minutes from one side and then remove them and season with salt.
- Oil and toast the burger buns in the Otto Grill on low flame.
SERVING

Serve and enjoy
Mix the ketchup, mayonnaise, orange juice, grand marnier and a pinch of salt into the cocktail sauce. Mix the sauce and the shrimps together.
- Slice the avocado and mix with the salad, a drizzle of olive oil and the lime juice.
- Build all components in the burger bun.
