If the main dish is complex you should stick to an easy side dish. These green beans are absolutely fool proof and done within few minutes. And their taste are a perfect addition to any meat.
Remove the top and tail from the beans and blanche them in boiling salted water, no longer that 1 minute. Then shock them in cold water or even better ice water.
- Spread out the beans evenly on a Drip Tray and drizzle with olive oil and salt.
Insert the Drip Tray in The Otto Grill instead of the grill grate. Turn The Otto Grill on high flame and grill the beans until they start to char.
Remove the beans and serve them with a little sprinkle of condimento bianco.
