Ingredients

2 Lobster tail

2 Bread rolls

1 Lemon

3 tbsp butter

2 tbsp mayonnaise

5 sprigs chives

Lettuce

Salt

THE OTTO GRILL

This bread roll isn’t your usual bread roll as you grill a lobster tail with your Otto Grill. Give it a good sear and mix it with fresh and light ingredients. Let it all slide into a bread roll to get a slightly decadent, but light and delicious treat.

LET’S GO

 

 

PREPARATION

  1. Halve the lobster tails lengthways with a sharp knife and lay them on a Drip Tray. Drizzle with melted butter, season with salt and squeeze half the lemon over them.

  2. Preheat The Otto Grill for 5 minutes on high flame.

 GRILLING

  1. Place the Drip Tray in the Otto Grill and grill for 2-3 minutes on lowest Meat-o-Meter setting. Depending on the size of your lobster tails it could take a little longer. You may need to rotate the lobster tail to ensure an even cooking.

SERVING

  1. Remove the flesh from the shell and put in a bowl. Add the mayonnaise, a squeeze of lemon, cut chives and a sprinkle of salt and mix through. Open the rolls, add a little lettuce and then pile lobster on top.
