TURKEY

Who hasn’t been there: You have some leftover meat from the previous day, but no idea how to turn it into something delicious? We have the solution for you! Our leftover tacos are quickly prepared and taste fantastic.

LET’S GO

PREPARATION

  1. Shred the leftover turkey (or other poultry leftovers). Salt lightly and set aside.

  2. Remove the pit from the avocado and slice the avocado.

  3. Stir salt, pepper and lemon juice into the sour cream and set it aside.

 GRILLING

  1. Set The Otto Grill on low heat. Very briefly roast the soft tacos on low flame.

  2. Add the shredded turkey onto the drip tray and grill it on high heat, Meat-O-Meter setting #2, to make sure it develops some nice roasting flavors. Stir it and roast the meat some more.

  3. Remove shredded turkey from the grill and mix it with the barbecue sauce.

SERVING

  1. Remove shredded turkey from the grill and mix it with the barbecue sauce

  2. Add shredded turkey onto the tacos. Add the cranberry sauce and avocado slices to the tacos as well. Top everything with sour cream and if desired, you may add cilantro and siracha sauce to taste.
