Ingredients

For the Jalapeno Poppers

24 Jalapenos peppers

10 oz Cream cheese

10 oz Bacon cubes

9 oz Cheddar

Salt

Pepper

For the Hot Wings

30 oz Chicken Wings

Salt

4 oz Butter

4 tbsp Water

4 tbsp Brown sugar

1/2 tbsp Cayenne pepper

4 tbsp Paprika powder

4 tbsp Garlic powder

For the Nachos

10 oz Nachos salted

8 oz Ground beef

4 oz Pickled jalapenos

5 oz Corn (canned)

5 oz Kidney beans (canned)

14 oz Cheddar

2 Tomatoes

1 Red onion

7 oz Sour cream

1/4 bunch Cilantro

Hot wings are always a treat! Serve them with spicy Jalapeño Poppers and some cheesy nachos! So delicious!

PREPARATION & GRILLING

  1. For the Jalapeno Poppers

    Cut the Jalapenos lengthwise in half and deseed them with a teaspoon. Season the cream cheese with ¼ tsp salt and ½ tsp pepper. Fill up the jalapenos with the cream cheese mixture and top them with bacon cubes and cheddar cheese.

    Preheat your Otto Grill to medium heat, line the Jalapeno Poppers on a tray and grill them on Meat-O-Meter level 5 for about 5 minutes.

  2. For the Hot Wings

    Heat up the Otto Grill on lowest level. Lightly salt the wings and grill them on Meat-O-Meter level 5, 7 minutes from each side. Give them a finishing touch by grilling them a bit closer to the heat to your desired color. Take the wings off the Otto Grill and put aside.

    In the meantime melt the butter in a small sauce pan, add the sugar and spices and bring to a boil. Add the water to give it a glace like texture. Glace the grilled wings evenly.

  3. For the Nachos

    Heat the Otto Grill to medium heat. Season the ground beef with ½ tsp salt an ¼ tsp pepper, break into pieces and grill on a tray on Meat-O-Meter level 4 for 3-4 minutes.
    Place the nachos in an ovenproof baking pan. Cover with roasted ground beef, corn, kidney beans, jalapenos and cheddar cheese. Bake for about 4 minutes.
    Cut the tomato and onion in dices and chop up the cilantro. Top the baked nachos with tomato and onion, spoon on the sour cream and top with chopped cilantro.
