Grilled mediterranean vegetables from the Otto Grill
Ingredients
Vegetables
1 Red pepper
1 Yellow pepper
1 Orange pepper
½ lbs. Mushrooms
½ lbs. Green asparagus
Spices/condiments
3 Crushed garlic cloves
Olive oil
3 Teaspoons chopped dried rosemary
2 Teaspoons herbs of Provence
Coarse sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper

You like veggie grilling? Yeah man! These grilled mediterranean vegetables are so tasty that you can also have them as a main course. Not for you? Allright, then they are the perfect side for your steak. This recipe is super easy and fast to make. You can grill it while you let your steak rest after searing.

PREPARATION

Dice the peppers and mushrooms into pieces. Cut the green asparagus into pieces of around 1in.

Put the veggies into a heat-resistant tray and mix it with the spices and oil.

GRILLING

Heat up your Otto Grill. After it has reached its full temperature, reduce the heat slightly so that your veggies do not burn.

Adjust the Meat-o-Meter to a medium height and grill the vegetables for 3 minutes. After half oft he time, turn the vegetables.
