Time to put the dripping of fatty meat to good use instead of throwing it away. The ideal combination of savory and hearty grease is with potatoes. Just put them under a fatty meat of your choice in the Otto Grill and let them soak in all the flavors. Easy, delicious and a meal in one go.

PREPARATION

  1. Peel and parboil the potatoes in salted water. When cooked cut them into smaller pieces.

 GRILLING

  1. Spread the potatoes out over a drip tray and place it in The Otto Grill instead of the water tray. 

  2. Place the meat above on the grill grate and cook it as desired.

  3. The potatoes might need a little longer than the meat. So while the meat is resting raise the potatoes closer to the flame and give them a little more color.
