0.8 lbs chicken breast

2 cups grated parmesan

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 lime

Lettuce, mixed

Kimchi

Chives

Salt

Pepper

You want to bring some creativity to the table then the Otto Grill is at your service. What about a salad with an edible bowl? Heat up parmesan with the Otto Grill that it can be molded into such a bowl. And even the recommended salad can be done with the Otto Grill due to the grilled chicken in the combination.

PREPARATION

  1. Lay a sheet of baking paper on a Drip Tray and form a flat circle of parmesan in the middle.

 GRILLING

  1. Insert the drip tray in the Otto Grill on low flame and at the lowest level. Wait until the cheese completely melts and crackles. Remove the drip tray, wait 20 seconds and peel off the baking paper. Lay the cheese disk over an upside-down small bowl allowing the cheese to droop over taking on its form. When cool and hardened carefully lift the cheese off the bowl. Repeat the process until all the cheese is used up.

  2. Grill the chicken breasts from both sides in the Otto Grill on medium flame until browned and lightly charred. Turn off the heat and allow the chicken to rest in the residual heat for 2-3 minutes. Pull apart the chicken breast giving thin strings of chicken.

SERVING

  1. Mix the shredded chicken with the mayonnaise kimchi and lettuce, season with salt and pepper and juice of lime.

  2. Spoon the mixture into the parmesan cups.
