A USA classic finger food straight from the Otto’s Grill: Buffalo Wings! The iconic snack is super simple to make. Just give the chicken wings a quick sear and a good toss with a spicy marinade. The perfect BBQ-inspired finger food.

PREPARATION

Cover the wings with the poultry rub and let sit for 30 minutes to allow the skin to dry out.

Turn on The Otto Grill to medium flame and pre heat for 5 minutes.
- Mix sauces and melted butter in a large bowl. Make sure your sauces are not coming straight out of the fridge as it will reset the butter.
GRILLING

Place the chicken wings on the grill grate and set on lowest Meat-o-Meter position. Grill until the skin starts to crackle and blisters start to appear on both sides.
SERVING

Toss the wings in the bowl with the sauce and serve.
