Wrap Cheese in Bacon!

  1. Prepare the Bacon Wrapped Goat Cheese

For the bacon wrapped goat cheese, you will first need to prepare the two ingredients. First, slice the goat cheese. Then, cut the raw bacon in half and wrap both halves around one slice of the goat cheese.

  2. Lettuce Bed

First, wash the salad. Then, prepare the vinagrette. Dice the shallots finely and put aside in a bowl. Mix honey and vinegar with a spoon and carefully add olive oil. Add the shallots and finish with salt and pepper.

GRILLING

  1. Grill up the Bacon Wraps

Now, heat up the Otto Grill. At the lowest height and lowest temperature, put the bacon wrapped goat cheese pieces on the grid and grill for 1 minute on each side. Take it out when the bacon turns golden.

SERVING

  1. Serve Bacon Wrapped Goat Cheese!
