EVENT

In order to really heat up the BBQ scene, the event team is on the road across Germany at grill events, trade fairs and other culinary events. There is always the chance to try a piece of perfectly grilled steak.

With Otto at the helm, the design team optimizes our existing products and is constantly working on the development of new innovative grills.

DESIGN

The design team takes care of all-round design and creative topics. Starting with the creation of print brochures and roll-ups, through the design of our packaging to web design (and much more), our colleagues let their bright and creative heads smoke, so that the consistent and appropriate appearance of our brand is always guaranteed.

MARKETING

The marketing team is one of our largest teams, as one of our main focuses is online retail and targeted marketing is very important to us. The employees take care of the more number-driven performance marketing, the content marketing, the play on our social media channels as well as our newsletter distribution. The colleagues in the social media area are responsible for playing on our social networks and pimping our influencers. By the way, subscribe to us on Insta ;)...

THE ZOOM VIDEO CALL:

If we can imagine that it could work out, I usually invite you to a digital meeting as a first step. The goal here is to get a first impression of each other and to clarify the first open issues. Feel free to bring along all your questions.

Zoom: Zoom is an uncomplicated video call tool that can be easily installed on your PC or cell phone. The advantage: It enables quick contact and saves applicants from far away a long journey.

THE INTERVIEW:

If we both have a good feeling after the Zoom call, the next step is usually a

personal meeting with us at Benzenbergstraße 44 in 40219

Düsseldorf.

Arrival: You will find parking spaces on the street directly in front of our door. Parking is free of charge only in the area behind Karolingerstraße and Burghofstraße.

ONE-DAY WORK TRIAL

As a rule, we conduct a trial day with the candidate. You sit directly in the team and are given practical tasks to work on. The trial day

is a great opportunity for you to see whether you feel comfortable with us and whether you enjoy the tasks. It also gives us a feeling of whether we could be a good fit for each other.

ONBOARDING:

After a successful trial day, the onboarding process continues. This means that you will receive your contract documents and access to our Personio HR software. Then we start all the processes to welcome you to our company: We register you in the payroll office, get your laptop ready and create a familiarization plan for the first 3-6 months.
